Thought I'd make a quick post to introduce myself and say thanks for all the information posted on the forums. I've been wanting to buy a Prius and the Cash For Clunkers (now the Car Allowance Rebate System) was all the incentive I needed to get out of my 1997 Chevy Blazer 4x4. So I've been in negotiations with the local Toyota dealer on a Blue Ribbon 2010 Prius II. I've test drove all the cars I can think of being close to comparable (ie Insight, Civic Hybrid, Jetta TDI). I keep coming back to the Prius and keep looking forward for an excuse to get another test drive. Dealer cut me loose on Saturday for an hour by myself with a 2010 Pirus IV and I just can't get enough. Only car really left to test drive is the Ford Fusion, but I think the higher MSRP is going to put it out of the budget. Well, I'll try not to turn this into a novel, thanks again for all the info.
