Kind of ironic that the defense attorney for Lupo tried to get jail time reduced or removed citing that Lupo is ill and jail time could kill him. So because he is personally physically fragile, he is suppose to not be put in an environment that might be taxing for him and jeopardize his health? So he's asking officials to NOT do something because it could be dangerous to him. Hmm...too bad he didn't think of that himself when he decided KILLING the stream was perfectly OK by exposing it to harmful byproducts. You reap what you sow.
