In four days, I will have had my Prius for 1 year. Here are the details of the year. - Display average mpg - 52.3 - Calculated average mpg – 51.3 - 12,150 miles driven. - Changed oil at 5,000 and 10,000 miles. - Had display replaced last week. - Had recall SSC 40L Break Light Switch done. - Updated Navigation software. - Had 40D Vehicle Emissions Recall done. - Decided not to have the gas gauge and filler tube work done. I'm okay with not being able to get 11.9 gallons of gas in the car. I really don't want to have the car taken apart if I don't have to. - Visited PriusChat numerous times daily. It’s been a great year. I love the car and the experience of driving the car more each day. I have no regrets about buying the car at all. Thanks to Danny for keeping this site going. It has contributed to the fun of owing the car.
