I like to listen to music while cleaning the car's interior, but an alarm beeps continuously when the driver's door is open. Has someone come up with a trick to silence the alarm? I have tried wedging a stick to the ground, but perhaps there's something more sophisticated. :? I have also noted that it's impossible to lock the driver's door if the door is open. This is a nice feature, present also in other cars, and is designed to make it difficult to lock yourself out.
