I'm sorry for her: Source: Toyota’s Top Communications Exec Arrested | TheDetroitBureau.com When I was in the Marine Corps, I spent 1972-73 on Okinawa Japan. When I first arrived, I went to a 'holding company', a place to sleep until we got transportation lined up to our permanent unit. Probably run by the MPs, they also looked for anyone bringing drugs onto the island. A couple of months later, a young Marine arrived and took out some pot he had brought from the states. They called the Japanese police. He spend a little over 30 days in the Naha jail . . . where they do not speak English and demand no nonsense obedience. The difference between AWOL and desertion is 30 days and then the Japanese turned him over the Marines. Oriental governments are not tolerant. A month or so ago, Indonesia executed eight drug dealers. My wife has had to deal with chronic pain so I can understand why she might have needed something but having it mailed from the USA . . . BAD BAD BAD! Bob Wilson
Perscription drugs absolutely terrify me. I've witnessed several people up close tumble into the snare of dependance, treatment, and ultimate destruction. I received Valium once (IV) prior to a minor elective surgery and I can testify that if this stuff were legal, I probably wouldn't leave the house. Almost 20 years later I still very vividly remember that dose From what I understand, Oxycodone is something of a miracle drug with chronic pain. It allows sufficient time-released dosing to provide relief without incapacitating the patient. Unfortunately, this drug can also be used in ways, and for purposes that make it VERY popular. One of my former co-workers suffered an auto accident injury and is now hooked on pills.
just make it all legal, and the problems will go away. at least in japan. they don't mind their saki though, do they.
