Just curious as to how much $ others paid (or will be paying) for the 2015 Prius v trim style three. I know that whether or not you have a trade-in that it typically affects the price you pay (as they lowball you in one area, but make up for it in another), but just a ball park figure on the cost. I have been quoted a price of $26,900 out the door including all taxes and fees. Is this reasonable for the 2015? Some dealers are trying to put a 2014 Prius v trim style three on me for about $1500-2000 less. However, the 2014 model received a poor rating in the IIHS small overlap test. How important is that test in the whole scheme of things? Thank you in advance for your comments and advice.
I think that's high considering the gasoline prices right now. Of course a v is not one of the volume Prius models that are sitting on the lots right now. Still that's about what I paid for a new three when they were brand new and gas was pushing $4.
$25,828 at my favorite dealer for a 2015 v three. Pick one of seven. No additional processing/handling/prep/dealer fees. No state tax included. Drive away tags for out of state drivers. Out the door in 30 minutes.
Just picked up a 2015 magnetic gray v out of state for $26,519 including all taxes and fees (approximately $25,000 before taxes). Averaging 44 mpg combined this first week.
