Other phones are unable to connect via Aux while I am in Bluetooth [Plug-In 2015]

    When I first got my Plug in hybrid 2015, I could be paired to my Bluetooth and have my friends use my lightning cable to aux for music. However now I’ve been unable to get the aux option to be available if my friends connect to the lightning cable. Nothing plays and I can only play music via Bluetooth. Does anyone know why this is an issue?

    have you been to a dealer? they might have 'updated' the feature rich entune sysytem and eliminated that ability.
