So how is this different than typical government business, or in corporate America, or any other business short of a commune in Northern California? Members of the advisory council serve at the pleasure of the administrator. Nothing new there . . . unless you want to try to politicize it and say it's all Bush's fault. (oh wait, even that wouldn't be new.)
