Saturday afternoon, a long outstanding problem with my six year old JuiceNet 40 Pro boxes were professionally resolved. Two JuiceNet 40 Pro boxes, one at home and the other in the alley behind Propsts 5-Points, stopped communicating with the servers. I opened a ticket with their web app but on a guess, called their 1-800 number and it was answered by the technician, Gustavo De La Mora! He emailed a detailed set of instructions with a 'short cut' connecting directly to the JuiceBoxes. Other than switching to Firefox browser from Safari, it worked the first time. Both JuiceBox 40 Pro, +6 years old, are online and working! Compare to this to Apple, MicroSoft, and Tesla support, this is the way to do it.
