I have had two instances of the car failing to move after pressing start with my foot on the brake, the ready light ON. After cycling through power off a number of times the car would move. Anybody had this problem. Am I doing something incorrectly?
You're applying the brake and pressing start and the ready light comes on, then when you go into drive are you on the brake? It will not shift into 'gear' w/o being on the brake. I personally don't think it's a software or mechanical issue to be honest. But if it continues best to take it into the dealer.
Dealer found no error codes. I will make sure I am staying on the brake when I shift into drive. That might well be the problem. I appreciate the feedback.
