Hello, I have a 2012 Prius three and I just repalced the engine due to rod knock. I also replaced the entire wiring harness as well. The car is getting a current P0A2D code for the temperature sensor. I read so many forums that its most likely the sensor that needs to be cleaned or a faulty connection. I put the car on the lift but im having trouble finding the actual connector. Does anyone have a location for the plug?

I found this image that may or may not help:

Also is your error code reader updated with latest Prius/Hybrid error codes? Because some generic code reader will throw a generic code like this and it won't be correct because it's not Prius-specific.

All that being said, hopefully @SFO sees this and posts the writeup for diagnosing that sensor... Sounds like a fairly typical problem after wire harness replacement. So many little things gotta get plugged in just right!
