Hey folks, I am at about 1000 miles on a recent used engine/trans/inverter replacement and now I have triangle of death. car started with triangle on and vsc light. I drove car half a mile and parked it. Now all lights are on and it won’t start. I have the following codes P0AA6 - 526-614 P0A08 - 264 P3108 - 535 everything I have found in search’s points to the inverter. I put a brand new toyota inverter coolant pump on when I switched the engine and that appears to be working ok, I feel it on and see movement in the coolant tank. many suggestions before I tear out inverter? Is there any wiring I can check? Many thanks Daley

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Looks like I need a new inverter regardless going by the P0A08 code fix. I disconnected 12v for 10 min and car starts fine now with no lights. Waiting to see what tech stream shows.
Tech stream came back with b1421 and b1271 which seem unrelated to inverter. I guess I’ll drive around some and see what happens.
Will the vehicle restart a 2nd time? How many miles on the vehicle, and is the HV battery still OEM? Do you have issues powering the vehicle on / off, or does the dash / combination meter not illuminate all the time? I’ve driven it 15 miles, starts fine second and third time, mpg 43 no warning lights. car has 253k, original hybrid battery. Engine, trans and inverter have approx 80k on them. My inverter coolant level is slightly below low, I am on my way to get more coolant now. It got low due to a split hose, but I caught and repaired it before much coolant loss occurred.
