    I have gotten this code a couple of times. so far just cleaning out the throttle body has fixed the problem. I feel like there is a sensor going bad in the throttle body. Has anyone had this or my know what sensor my be going bad?

    Welcome. But I suspect your posting is in the wrong forum. This is a forum section dedicated to Prius Prime maintenance and troubleshooting. You may get better answers by posting on appropriate model year sections. As @bisco pointed out, if your Prius is 09 model, then refer to the linked thread and forum under Gen2 Prius section.
