    hi i have a 2005 prius im getting p3000 code .i checked battery cells,im getting 7.5 volts in most cells ,and 6.5 in 4 cells. is there a fuse that could be blown causing the code?

    I think that's 6.5 may be your problem and there's gas in the car right?
