P3016 code ICE will not start

    Started to get p3016 code went and pulled hybrid battery pack and replaced two cells ( 11 and 12) pack reads between 210 volts and 213 volts but now when I reinstalled the pack ICE will not start. Please help... 2005 Prius

    did you complete the orange safety plug connection properly? many miss the third step

    P3016 is for block 6?

    The voltage also seems low to me. Do you have a way to charge up the pack?
