P3021 High Voltage Battery Module 11 Fault;

I recently did DIY hybrid battery replacement for my 2012 Prius and all of previous codes successfully cleared like P0A80 but after driving an hour or so, it throw new code: P3021

High Voltage Battery Module 11 Fault; Battery block 11 malfunction

How do I identify 11th module? Left or right? Is each stack is one module or two stacks are one module block? I have 28 stacks of modules
