first time posting, so hopefully this is in the right spot... ive got an 06 prius with a p3023. this seems like a pretty damning code for the battery but i want to make sure before i put a battery in this thing. or push it off a cliff. the part that is confusing to me is when i look at all the battery blocks including 13 they all seem to be within .2-.4 of each other. even in the freeze frame data 13 never seems to out of whack. any suggestions of what to check next? thanks for any input
