A quick history: I bought this Prius a few months ago with 231,000 miles. It got cylinder 1 misfire, etc so I changed the plugs and coil packs. It ran better. But I was aware of common carbon buildup on EGR valve and cooler. So I pulled it apart. I bought a new EGR valve and got a good cooler and cleaned it up. I put the car back together and drove it to the grocery store. It ran fine but I had a code because I forgot to plug the MAF connector in. I plugged that in then drove up the street. Halfway back and up my driveway it died and I got the Check Hybrid System message and a P3190 code. I checked all my work multiple times and don't see any connectors or anything loose. Grasping at straws because our scanner should be able to turn the fuel pump on but it wouldn't, I changed the fuel pump with a known used pump. Same problem as before EXCEPT I found that if I erase the code it will run normally for a short time then dies and the P3190 comes back. I have no idea where to go from here. Please help.
I believe it's poor engine performance correct and the bad fuel pump bad fuel injectors and all that anything that'll make the engine run bad can set that code along with other codes that are more specific I guess like engine misfires.
