Had a Prius come in to my shop the owner purchased at auction and it would not stay running it would only crank then rattle while dying out. He replaced a fender headlight and bumper as it was wrecked. After inspection the car was found to be 1.5 quarts of oil over full after draining the oil to the correct level I had to remove the throttle body, intake, and replace all four plugs due to oil saturation. Now the issue if you reset the codes you can drive the car flawlessly perfect power good mileage no hesitation no stalling at stop. Now the ridiculous part after you turn the car off and restart you get the dreaded triangle and check hybrid system and the car stalls either pulling one if those 2 codes never both. Upon further inspection the owner said the car was wrecked in the front end and the airbox was replaced but not the lid and the actual mass air flow sensor. So I'm to the point of replacing the mafs to see if it corrects it. Any other ideas feel free to chime in ty in advance

19k miles and if you read I have already cleaned everything the only conclusion I can come up with is either the mafs is faulty or the throttle positioning sensor is at fault fuel pressure is fine

I fix phones for a living, but here's my $0.02....
Make sure you don't have a marginal aux (12v) battery.
    No...
Really. I've a LOT of intermittent problems with codes on these.

I don't remember the types of MAF sensors but your symptoms point that way alright.
My (GM) MAF sensors are easy to clean and easy to do a resistance check on, and if the codes point to that I'd clean the sensor...check for power and ground, and do a quick resistance check before popping for a new sensor. You already know all this, but it bears repeating for others. It's possble to check for power and ground and even do the resistance check with the free red meter that they give away down at Harbor Freight.
You're going to also want to check to make sure that everything got bolted back onto the intake plenum........correctly.
I actually HAVE an o-scope but have never used it on a car - but below in some information that I gathered from a quick search.
    MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR (MAF)

Also for the non-mechanics that stumble onto this thread in the future, try not to use brake or carb cleaner on the MAF sensor.
This is one of the few cases where it's really not a bad idea to pop for a $5 can of MAF sensor cleaner down at the local Pep Boyz.
I use fiber optic cleaner myself, but there's a pretty good chance that the average homeowner will not have that in the garage.
I've seen posts where people use isopropyl alcohol, but you want to be pretty careful about making sure that the sensor is all the way dry after you clean it with something like this because household iso alcohol has a lot of water in it.

19k miles is kinda low for a G3.
Once you get this sorted out you're going to have one heck of a commuter car.
    Color me jealous!

    Good Luck!

I know better than to clean a masf with anything other than the cleaner designed for it I use CRC. I have already checked the voltages on the car also

People really screw things up when they give a Prius a regular size vehicle's worth of motor oil... You haven't said anything about looking into the exhaust system, but that's where alot of that oil goes so have a look at the sensors on that end... Hopefully the catalytic converter didn't get fouled? Also the Gen3 EGR system was poorly designed for a tiny bit more MPG and an aftermarket oil catch can after a thorough EGR valve cleaning will help to ensure the head gasket doesn't blow... Or perhaps the vehicle is already at the earliest stages of that failure? Maybe scope the engine and see how bad the excessive oil problem is inside there?

I haven't pulled the O2 sensors yet but I might do that and use a bore scope on it once he brings it back after inspection
