2004 model, 270K. Wife got the check engine light and red triangle driving on highway. Didn't stop. Continuted to home with extra 20min. OBD reads PA07A with sub code 7EA. Google didn't tell much. Cleared. Any further diagnosis suggested?

You need a more capable scantool as Car Scanner does not pull detail codes. What you see (7EA) on your pic is the "address" that the scantool uses to identify what ecu it is talking to. https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3290690 Here's the scantool app review thread.
