I just bought my first new car after a year's research (and a lot of time reading PriusChat). I'm am so happy with both the price and service I received from Jason Honkofsky (443-690-5749) at Jones Toyota in Bel Air, MD. I have absolutely no affiliation with anyone there by the way and know nothing of them except my own transaction. First, he gave me the price for the 2007 Package 2 over the phone. It was Price $22,900 Tax $ 1,045 Tags $ 195 Total $ 24,240 without any waste of time, arguing or "consulting with his manager". Then he emailed the price and suggested that I wait until the next day to come so we would have more time to go over the details of the car. He knows more about the Prius than anyone I've met so far, he loves them, he's sold them to all his relatives and he is very patient about explaining the technology. He also bought my old car for more than any other dealer offered me and waived the processing fee. PLUS, he's an army veteran of the first Iraq war, very interesting and unfailingly polite without being ingratiating or pushy. Just a really knowledgable, smart and nice man. Great price too, it's under the MSRP of $23,970 by $1,070.00 and there's no procesing fee ($90-$100). Just don't fall for all the extras they want to sell you after you buy the car. Say NO Thanks and they go away. That's the dealership, not Jason. It took a while to get the paper work done but it was just so easy, they do it all. Jason reminded me to turn in the tags from my old car on the way home at the Bel Air DMV and gave me directions. It took two seconds, first time in my life that a DMV has taken 2 seconds to do anything. A few days later Jason called to see how I was doing with my new car and did I have any questions! The whole thing was just so easy and I LOVE my new car. It's blue. Blue car, blue state, true blue American!
