    On the phone or the car? If the phone's touch screen doesn't work, I don't know how you'd use the phone at all.

    The touch screen will not respond to touch. I would like to pair a phone but can’t get to phone settings to pair

    The touch screen on my Prius is in responsive to touch (mfd). Therefore I can access the pair settings on my mfd.

    Then I think you're stuck till you get that MFD replaced. Not hard to do. There's a good video on YouTube showing how to replace the combination meter (CM). You just need to follow it part way through.


    You can find replacement MFDs on EBay for a couple hundred dollars.
