Generally no. Your 12V is only 3-ish years old so it should still be strong if you haven't drained it once and needed a jump-start. Ensure your HV battery isn't "fully charged" (8 bars) when parked (and much preferably not in the sun if it is) Ensure your headlight switch is in the OFF position Ensure any other interior lights that have a switch for an OFF position is moved to the OFF position. Not totally necessary but you could also enable the SKS battery saving function. (It normally does it after not being used for 14 days but why waste that 14 days?)
i'd put a maintainer on the 12v, disconnect the negative, or have a jump pack ready, just in case. you never know with the prius 12v.
