The Carista software package is the best known system on the retail market for allowing you to tweak the various settings on your Gen 3 or 4 Prius. At their website here, they show the capabilities available for these cars, apparently including the ability to disable and enable the Parking Sensors. What you are asking seems to be something more involved, a tool for which (I am guessing) would only be available at your Toyota dealer.
