Passenger seat doesn't spring back

    My passenger seat doesn't spring back when I recline it.
    Is it a warranty issue, the car is 15-months old?

    Mine does raise itself up, but not very quickly. Check and make sure nothing is jammed down between the cushions or beside the seat.
