Paying for science publications

    Well disliked on the receiving end, but you can see that publishers like it. Also how things are changing now, and maybe more later.

    For the many things that are not open access, I have suggested before a trip to the library or an email to the publication author. Yes I know this involves 'lifting a finger' but if one wants to read the thing, there are already holes in the paywalls.

    But mainly I thought the Glyn Moody piece was well written. Taught me about BioRxiv :)
