Is there a cheap device, perhaps one that works with a PC, that can record and/or write the transponder code of a transponder key? What about the same thing, but for a keyless entry remote? I only have a valet key and cannot program new keys or keyless entry (useful when the mechanical lock is frozen in cold weather).
