I'm afraid that's it. You can take the "it took forever and it's frustrating" comments to heart. It's thread doped, so it won't spin free and you can only turn it a fraction of a turn at a time due to super tight confines. I did mine using a cut-down 22mm box wrench as per Den49's excellent tutorial, but I'm sure the crow's foot will work fine, too.
