Pennsylvania Repair work

    Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get an HID bulb replaced that won't cost me $400.00 in or around Schuylkill/Berks/Dauphin County? I know it only takes the mechainic 5 minutes to replace the light if they know what they are doing. So, the whole "We have to take the bumper off" line is a lie.
