Perma Plate Sticker?

    Just picked up a 2011 Prius II. Didn't pay for Perma Plate but there was a Perma Plate Sticker on the passenger window. Does that mean the car has been treated? Thanks.

    you are in a gen II forum, you should ask that in a gen III forum, but as a rule of thumb most dealer add ons are b.s.
