    Question: Do the lower rocker door molding stick out far enough to offer protection to the sides against parking lot door dings?

    I think they look sharp, and actually like them better than side moldings.

    They wouldn't do anything against door dings. The ones you really have to watch out for are those rear doors with the corners at wheel well, they'll put a nasty dent in.

    I park out and away, then walk, even if it means dropping off first.
