Drove wifeys 2010 to work today and was enjoying my tunes via Bluetooth music streaming from my iPhone. Worked perfectly, until I noticed a distinct pitch shift in the music. Even better, the shift seemed to be related to the operation of the Hybrid system. The pitched shifted down when I was coasting and charge was moving into the main battery. I know this phenomenon is known in the Bluetooth world, but I had not heard of it happening with the Prius. Anyone else seen this? Anything I can do about it? Oh and one other thing: The rear view mirror vibrates like crazy when I listen to loud music. Muse's Knights of Cydonia at level 38 is awesome. You can't even see anything in the rear view, it's all blurred out. Hee hee.:heh:
Ugh! That would be a deal breaker for me as I am blessed (cursed) with perfect pitch. That would drive me straight up a wall.
Well I'm not musical in any way, but pitch is something I hear very well. People singing off key drives me up the wall - I have to leave the room or turn down what ever is making the awful sounds. Needless to say I never go anywhere near Karaoke!
