I regularly do 90 mile trips in my 2012 Prius C and after the first 45, the road vibration starts to make my feet hurt. It has always been like this, so I don't think it is a maintenance issue. I just think the ride of this car is terrible. I am wondering what can be done to improve it. Currently my car is all stock and atr about 100,000 miles. Tires are Ecopia EP422. Thinking that maybe some better shocks/struts would help.
depending on how far you want to go with this (no pun intended), you can start with wide tires, and/or take out a few psi of air out of your tires. at 100k your oem shocks are more than end of life so that would also help. you might also want to check your suspension bushings as those transmit vibrations as much as, if not more than your suspension itself
