I am getting what sounds like my power steering belt screeching on my 2012 prius c Two on startup. I thought this model has no belts, so what may be the cause of this noise?
Thank you for your idea. Is there an online diagram or picture of the pump and it's location? I am having an issue with my '06 prius where I am getting occasional p1150 dtc indicating stuck coolant control valve. I am wondering if this is the same problem. The only solution for the p1150 from the members here has been to add Barr's water pump lubrication to unstick the valve.
