Orange light on charger is on and when I plug in it snaps correctly into the port, the light turns green in the port and the dash lights come on…but all just for a moment and then nothing. The green light on the charger cord never comes on. (It’s been raining and I don’t have a dry place to charge. I’ve charged it when raining before, but wondering if maybe I’ve damaged something.)
Sounds like you have a schedule set for charging. My evse will blink and turn green only for a second after that initial handshake after plugging in if I have a scheduled charge set for later. Did you make sure to select "charge now' after you parked and turned off the car?
