My 2012 Prius v didn't come with the maintenance schedule, so I found one to print out on the Toyota owners website. It was just in a single page format, though, so I changed it to a booklet format so it could be printed double sided and then folded in the middle and stapled. It makes for a decent little booklet to keep in the car and has 5,000 mile increments of what should be checked and changed. I had Kinko's print me a copy and they did a good job and charged me a little less than $6 for it. You could certainly print this at home, though, just make sure you print it double-sided.
