Prius 2 base JBL radio to OE NAV JBL swap?

    Searched and searched but did not find a definitive answer....

    I have a 2011 with the basic radio with JBL amp, is either one of the 10-11 touchscreen radios with JBL able to work (other than back up camera/nav function)? OR is my only option aftermarket and bypass the OE amp?

    Basically would like to use it for the touchscreen.

    It’s quite usual to replace the non screen head unit with one with navigation, so shouldn’t be an issue. I would check ToyoDIY if anything else is needed.

    It's not complete so if anybody has info to add, it's welcome.
