Prius 2007 no start can’t even able to put neutral

Hello folks I have project car prius 08 with 77k mileage .
So when I turned on ignition radiator’s fan working and after couple seconds gear selector is flashing no triangle sign only check light I won’t be able even to put neutral says no communication with ecu and no communication with tcu
I changed ecu and tcu but no luck
Here is list of fault codes
1) B1260 Transmission Control Electronic Unit (ECU) Stop Communication
2)B1200 Body ECU Communication Stop
3) B1247 Stop Of Tire Press Warn Electronic Unit Control (ECU) Communication
4) B1262 Air Conditioning (A/C) Communication Stop
5) B1271 Combination Meter Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Communication Stop
