HI Prius a/c start to blow hot air after driving the car for 30 min. In the next day when i start the car, it blowing cold air. A/C starts to blow warm air if i drive the car more than 30min. look like once the engine heats up its start to blow hot air What will be the issue? Only twice i got the VSC and Engine Check light. but it went off after 2 days. i Took it to the auto shop and did a scan, they said its giving lots of code (codes like: C1241, U0073, U0123,U0124, U0126, U0293, U0111) and they have reset the codes. and told if you get warning lights again then they can try.
Sounds like it could be a problem with the inverter coolant loop/pump. Have you had the recall done yet? Try to drive it as little as possible until this is fixed!
+1. This explains C1241, which sets due to low 12V battery voltage. When the inverter coolant overheats, the car takes A/C offline, as well as the DC/DC converter. With the car dependent on the 12V battery to power all computers, it will sag quickly and many sensors will give low voltage related errors.
Where are you? Take it to a Toyota dealer immediately. Replacing the inverter coolant pump is a recall item and may be at no cost to you. If the pump is bad it can damage the inverter, which costs a thousand or more to replace.

Ok then it's almost 100% the inverter coolant pump (aka the "HV" coolant pump). You should get it changed out as soon as possible. It's a pretty easy job if you want to do it yourself. I'm pretty sure some users have written posts explaining how to change it, so if you do a thread search you should find some guides.
