Skip the prepaid maintenance contract. Wait until 35 months or 35,000 miles before deciding whether to get the extended warranty.
Warrantyshack.com has them for $1055 7yr/100k miles. Invoice cost isn't much lower than that, so totally a great deal (compared to dealer) if you're committed to a warranty.
