Prius 2015 Static While On Call

    I recently got a Prius 2015 which comes with the calling feature. However, when i call i can hear static in the background of the call. I have an iPhone X if that matters, anyway to fix this?

    I've had issues with my Bluetooth connection with my 2015, but not static...

    We've not noticed any static using the hands free BT connection in our '13. Do you have any aftermarket/non-OEM devices, like LED lights, or backup camera?
