I purchased a Prius 2016 3 years ago and the AC started blowing hot air. I was told the air conditioning radiator damper servo sub assembly stopped working and that tit would cost over $1,000.00 in repairs. I would like to know if anyone else has had similar issues.

Mine did exactly what yours was doing. I watched the video referred to later in topic. Bought the tool and managed to replace my #2 servo.
This was not an easy task but the dealer quoted me 2200 labor + 320 for the part. They were going to remove the dash and the entire heater assembly.

Found the tool and part on Amazon. Total cost was 210 and a significant number of trial and error hours. In my past I was a n auto shop owner. No idea what would have charged. Very difficult place to work on.

Be sure to find the alignment instructions.
