Prius 4th Gen Singapore

    I need advise. Rather confused actually. Can i use RON 92 for Prius in singapore ?

    Is this a PRIUS v - or a Gen 4 PRIUS? They have different fuel needs.

    As Octane is measured differently in different parts of the world, it would be best to check in the OWNER'S MANUAL - or maybe ask your dealer.

    92 RON should be ok (that's 87 AKI in the US or "regular unleaded").

    Not sure why 95 RON is recommended (91 AKI in the US or "Premium unleaded")

    Psychological? (make the Prius look like an expensive car by recommending expensive fuel?)
