I am no stranger to a Prius as my sister owns two but this is my first. I just picked up a 2012 Prius C with 10k miles and went from a normal 23.8 mpg trip to work to a 57.8 mpg drive. Finally took the plunge and loving the future savings.
I switched from a gas guzzler to a Prius and with the gasoline savings I took my wife to Hawaii and the trip was paid before I left. If given a choice of giving my money to oil companies or myself I choose myself.
