Usually made by some self proclaimed automotive and technology expert who probably has never driven anything other than an old beat-up truck and dreams about driving such a technologically advanced vehicle that is affordable, reliable, and hold it's value exceptionally well. He is probably in his Mom's garage right now trying to figure out how to plug his Sony walk-man into his trucks 8-track player.
