Prius Chat Shop will not respond to my emails or phone calls

    I was never given a refund for a Home link mirror I returned. I can't get anyone to respond. The description said it would fit all Gen 4 and it didn't. How do I get a response?

    How did ou pay credit card or PayPal, if credit, call them and open a case, if PayPal call them and open a case, this is a for profit site, not yours
