Yeah, what they said. In the vast majority of cases, the MSRP that you see online is exactly what the dealer is asking for the car. If you are able to talk the Sales Rep down from the price you got online, you are a better person than I.
I know the 2005's were between 22k and 27k give or take a bit. I don't think prices went up much for 2006. But this should give you a close idea - check the links others provided for more exact info.
