any dealerships in the los angeles area that has really good prius service dept? key's toyota in van nuys doesn't know crap, pretty much wasted $100 there. i want a second opinion from a dealership that knows it's stuff. thanks, michael
I've had some bad experiences with Toyota of Santa Monica. Including a service person lying to me about paying for a rental for one day. I would stay away from them. I'm looking for a new service dept that can do regularly scheduled maintenance
you can look at the manual and have a local reputable service/mechanic shop do them for ya, that is what i am doing and no nassle and headaches so far, didnt even go back to the dealer for my freebee LOL if anything i used to go to Longo service dept for my freebees from past cars, no problems no hassles
