Need advice. I have two Priuses. 2006 and 2010. 2006 died after two weeks of vacation. Can 2010 give jump to 2006? If so, how? thanks.
Yes. But you have to know the location of both batteries OR the connection points in the engine compartments. Once you know the connection points, "standard" jumper cable procedure applies. Having owners manuals for both cars should answer all of your questions. You can jump a hybrid 12 V battery FROM any other 12 V vehicle.....even a motorcycle. But you can NOT jump a vehicle with a standard gas or diesel engine from the little hybrid battery.
