Why did you replace it? You say it's "working." But if it was working, then coolant would circulate. Unless there was a blockage someplace. So maybe you need to say some more stuff about just what exactly you are observing that leads you to believe that it's apparently both working and not working. And what led to the pump replacement in the first place and stuff like that.
